This course is intended for those EHS professionals who have responsibility for planning, developing, managing, tracking and reporting the status of EHS initiatives and programs. Participants will be divided into teams to work on one of several provided EHS case studies, which will be used throughout the course. The teams will:

| Using provided software, conduct financial analysis of EHS objectives; | |
| Using provided presentation template, develop a management-level presentation of objectives and targets; | |
| Using provided software, develop a chart to track and manage objectives and targets. |
